Your address and a description of what is bothering you about your water. If you already have a system installed, a photo of it helps too.
Do I need to be home for the water report?
No. The report is built from data for your supply and what you tell us, so nobody needs to visit for it.
Which cities do you cover?
Irvine and the surrounding Orange County cities. The service areas page lists them, and nearby neighborhoods are often covered too, so it is worth asking.
When can an installation be scheduled?
Installs are booked Monday through Saturday at a time that suits you, once you have approved the written price.
Can you service a system someone else installed?
Usually, yes. Tell us what you have and we will let you know whether we can service it and what it needs.
